Welcome to the Covey.

Rewrite your relationship with your belongings and reconnect with the people who matter most.

Therapeutic support for people and families affected by hoarding

I provide in-person and telehealth therapy in the state of Arizona to help you understand the root of hoarding behavior. Many traditional approaches focus mainly on clearing the space without considering the bigger picture.

Covey is different.

Much like the quails the practice is named for, we're more resilient when we have a community to rely on. Grounded in attachment theory, I use a systemic, narrative, and trauma-informed approach.

I collaborate with you, your family, and your providers to help your house feel like a home again.

Together, we can change your relationship to clutter

Change happens in community. Having someone you trust in your corner makes the difference. I move at your pace to help you find new ways of relating to your belongings and your loved ones.

You deserve a home that supports you.
